Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2, 2026

By purchasing or using EasyToLaunch, you agree to these Terms of Service. This agreement takes effect on the date you first purchase, access, or use the EasyToLaunch product.

1. Introduction

EasyToLaunch is a Next.js boilerplate designed to help developers launch SaaS products faster. It is developed and maintained by EasyToLaunch, based in Portugal.

2. License and Usage Rights

When you purchase EasyToLaunch, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the codebase and documentation.

You may:

  • Use EasyToLaunch to build unlimited personal or commercial projects
  • Modify the code to suit your needs
  • Sell or distribute products that you build using EasyToLaunch

You may not:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the EasyToLaunch boilerplate itself
  • Make the source code publicly available
  • Transfer your license to another person or entity

All intellectual property rights in and to EasyToLaunch remain the property of EasyToLaunch. Purchasing grants you a license to use the product, not ownership of the underlying codebase.

3. Lifetime Access

EasyToLaunch provides lifetime access to the product. “Lifetime access” means access for as long as EasyToLaunch makes the product available.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or stop maintaining the product at any time.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Because EasyToLaunch provides immediate access to the full product upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

If you have any questions about what is included before purchasing, please contact easytolaunchdev@gmail.com.

5. Disclaimer

EasyToLaunch is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The product will be error-free
  • The product will meet your specific requirements
  • The product will be compatible with all systems or environments
  • The product will operate without interruption

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Portuguese law, EasyToLaunch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the product.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasyToLaunch from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your use of the product
  • Any product or service you build using EasyToLaunch
  • Your violation of these Terms

8. Termination

If you violate these Terms, your license to use EasyToLaunch may be revoked immediately and without refund.

Upon termination, you must cease distributing the EasyToLaunch source code in any form.
