EasyToLaunch License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of EasyToLaunch.
By purchasing, downloading, or using EasyToLaunch, you agree to this Agreement.
1. Overview
EasyToLaunch is a Next.js boilerplate designed to help developers launch SaaS products faster.
When you purchase EasyToLaunch, you are granted a license to use the product under the terms described below. You are not purchasing ownership of the underlying codebase.
All intellectual property rights remain the property of EasyToLaunch.
2. License Plans
EasyToLaunch offers two license types:
2.1 Hobby License
The Hobby License grants you:
- Access to the core EasyToLaunch boilerplate
- Permission to build unlimited personal or commercial projects
- Permission to modify the code
- As of other relevant features
The Hobby License does not include access to UI components or UI blocks provided in the Founder plan.
2.2 Founder License
The Founder License grants you:
- Access to the full EasyToLaunch boilerplate
- Access to UI components and UI blocks
- Permission to build unlimited personal or commercial projects
- Permission to modify the code
- As of other relevant features
3. What You Are Allowed To Do
Under both licenses, you may:
- Build unlimited personal or commercial products
- Modify the code to fit your needs
- Deploy, sell, and distribute products you build using EasyToLaunch
- Share the code internally with your team members working on your project
Any product you build using EasyToLaunch is entirely yours.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute EasyToLaunch itself
- Share the raw source code outside your team
- Publish the boilerplate (or modified versions of it) as a competing template or starter kit
- Make the code publicly available in a way that allows others to reuse it as a template
This restriction applies whether the code is modified or unmodified.
5. Ownership
EasyToLaunch retains full ownership of the original boilerplate, including:
- Source code
- UI components and blocks
- Documentation
- Branding and assets
Purchasing a license grants you usage rights, it does not transfer ownership.
6. Termination
If you violate this Agreement, your license may be revoked immediately without refund.
Upon termination, you must stop distributing the EasyToLaunch source code in any form.
Products you have already built and deployed may continue operating, but you may not continue using the EasyToLaunch codebase in violation of this Agreement.
7. Disclaimer
EasyToLaunch is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the product will:
- Be error-free
- Meet every specific use case
- Be compatible with all environments
- Operate without interruption
You assume full responsibility for how you use the product.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Portuguese law, EasyToLaunch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
In all cases, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the license.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Portugal.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
10. Entire Agreement
This License Agreement constitutes the entire agreement regarding the use of EasyToLaunch and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
